Unsalted fresh knafeh cheese
The cheese, which is brought to the desired pH value during the production phase, is placed in cold storage without salt.
Since it is unsalted, its shelf life is short.
If it is not going to be used in kunefe or dessert making, it should be stored in the freezer.(Defrosted product cannot be frozen again)
This type of kunefe cheese is generally suitable for kunefe shops, restaurants and home use that are close to the production site and consume quickly.
It requires preliminary preparation. The master needs to make the cheese ready for use by passing it through the chopping machine.
